Omnipollo - Metaphase Barrel Aged Imperial Coconut Peanut Butter Stout Image Needed the Malan family has accumulatedFresh Craft Beer from Our Bottle Shop and Taproom: Metaphase is a big, barrel aged beer aged in four roses barrels with an emphasis on caramel forward flavors. Aged carefully over time, it is then treated with peanut butter, coconut, and vanilla, a staple combination for Phase Three. The beer exudes bold bourbon notes complemented by layers of sweetness and nuttiness, making it an exciting addition to our growing lineup of barrel aged stouts.
